Join and receive il filo (the thread) every Sunday — seven essays, one connecting theme. Sometimes it’s women rewriting the rules. Sometimes it’s the kind of life transition that doesn’t come with instructions. Always, it connects. Your way to make Sunday more about you.

Why I built
this.
Most women have a few trusted friends with whom they share everything — the book that changed something, the discovery that surprised them, the hard thing they are quietly navigating. That circle is irreplaceable. But I kept looking for somewhere else, too.
Somewhere I was understood without having to explain myself first. Somewhere the particular joys and particular difficulties of this stage of life were taken seriously — not managed, not softened, not repackaged for a younger audience. A place where I could be seen, but stay anonymous if I chose. Where I might find the answer to a question I didn't yet know I was asking.
I spent decades as an attorney and executive. I moved across the country, built a career, built a marriage, rebuilt myself when that marriage ended. I lost my dog Charlie recently — the quietest, most constant presence in my life, gone in a specific silence that anyone who has loved an animal will recognize immediately. I know what it is to have a full, complicated, sometimes painful, often beautiful life — and to want a place that reflects all of it back without flinching.
That place didn't exist the way I wanted it to. So I am building it.
pursueyourpink is for the woman who is curious, deliberate, and building something worth having. She is not waiting to be discovered. She is already fully formed. She just wants content, community, and tools that treat her that way.
We are early. What you see here is the beginning. I am glad you are here for this part.
Live Today Better
The practical intelligence she actually needs — on wealth, health, home, relationships, and the everyday decisions that compound into a life. Useful, specific, never condescending.
Dream Tomorrow Bigger
The aspirational layer — reinvention, legacy, culture, travel, and what it looks like to build a second act that is more interesting than the first. Because it usually is.
The Stories That Connect
Personal essays, cultural intelligence, and the occasional corporate satire — because the most useful thing a platform can do is make a woman feel less alone in her specific, complicated, beautiful life.
The woman. The corporation.
Both worth your time.
Two distinct ways in. Read one, read both — either way, you'll know within a paragraph whether you belong here.
By Paula
On divorce and grief and dogs and nieces and the particular freedom of being exactly this age. Essays written from inside a life, not above it. The kind of thing you forward to a friend with no explanation because none is needed.
Home Inc.
If you are in the mood for a little laughter with your espresso or glass of wine, settle in for some family satire. The operating manual for the household as an enterprise — policy, procedure, and governance for the woman who runs everything, including the Social Media Policy, the Communications Policy, and the ongoing matter of the Financial Confidentiality Clause.
